[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]其实很早我就想写一些关于面试的文章出来[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是一直却不知道从何说起[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这几天公司在招一个网络工程师[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我又得继续我的面试官日子[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]其实当面试管很郁闷的[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]为什么呢[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]因为你要面对不同的人[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]不同的人差异很大。我们公司招聘的要求很简单[/size][/font][size=12pt]![/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]只要具备[/size][/font][size=12pt]CCNA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]的知识就行[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是我不是说你有[/size][/font][size=12pt]CCNA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]证书就能行的呦[/size][/font][size=12pt]![/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]而且面试题[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]基本上都是[/size][/font][size=12pt]CCNA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]的题[/size][/font][size=12pt].

    [/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有很多拿了[/size][/font][size=12pt]NA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]的证书[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是做这份考题的时候[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]只能打[/size][/font][size=12pt]30-40[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分左右[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]而且很多原理的东西不太多[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]也许大家觉得我让别人做这种理论性的东西太没有意思了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]现在很多人理论不行[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是实际操作能力不错[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]所以我一般在面试的时候[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]也会给大家画一个简单的拓朴图[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]一个连接外网的路由器[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]一个三层核心交换机[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]两个二层交换机[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]交换机下面有三个[/size][/font][size=12pt]VLAN,VLAN[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]间控制一些简单的互访问[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]非常有意思的时候[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他们面对这个问题的时候[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]答案各种各样的[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]很多人在简历上面写做过[/size][/font][size=12pt]XX[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]大项目[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]用了那些协议之类的[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是一看到这个题[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]却说不清楚[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]而且思路都不清楚[/size][/font][size=12pt].

    [/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]今天更有意思[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有一个人是什么电脑科技的一个技术主管[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]来面试这个职位[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他上面写的薪水要求是[/size][/font][size=12pt]5000[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]以上[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但是他答的题[/size][/font][size=12pt],20[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分都不到[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]更有意思的时候[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我问他有没有配置网络设备[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他说配置过[/size][/font][size=12pt]WEB[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]界面的[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]要他把那个拓朴讲清楚[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]出现了很多的新词语[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我直接问答你的最低要求是多少[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他说[/size][/font][size=12pt]5000,[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我就说你可能拿不到[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]因为你的考题不行[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他却说他的动手能力很强[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我想不明白[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]他连一个最简单的网络拓朴都说不清楚[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有什么资格来而试网络工程师[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有什么能力拿[/size][/font][size=12pt]5000,[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]何况[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我在招人要求上面写明了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]要懂一些网络原理与基础[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]还有具有[/size][/font][size=12pt]CCNA[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]的知识[/size][/font][size=12pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]不是指证书[/size][/font][size=12pt]).

学东西最好是能学到技术的，认证只是证明你学过，并不能说你会！会什么要看能力的，真正的实力。是金子总会发光的。

我就说理论的东西还是很重要的....不要说什么能力,能力就是理论指导下的实践...哲学里说的很清楚,没有理论指导的实践是会有什么结果,也许现在看不出.但是换个马甲就要出洋相的.
